Within the scope of all activities planned to be hosted by our university under the Erasmus+ Programme, it is of great importance to collect reliable statistical data, to carry out procedures in a faster and more effective manner, to provide the necessary support, and furthermore, to ensure the best possible promotion of our university in particular and our country in general.
In this regard, for participants who are planning to visit our university within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, the host department is required to complete the form available at the link below and submit it to our University’s Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office at least four weeks prior to the planned travel date.

Üniversitemiz tarafından ev sahipliği yapılması planlanan Erasmus+ programı kapsamındaki tüm faaliyetlerde; güvenilir istatistikî bilgi toplanması, işlemlerin daha hızlı ve etkin biçimde yürütülmesi, gerekli desteğin sağlanması ve ayrıca özelde üniversitemizin, genelde ise ülkemizin tanıtımının en iyi şekilde yapılması büyük önem arz etmektedir.
Bu doğrultuda, Erasmus+ programı kapsamında üniversitemizi ziyarete gelmeyi planlayan katılımcılar için ev sahibi bölümün aşağıdaki bağlantıda bulunan formu doldurup seyahat tarihinden en az 4 hafta önce Üniversitemiz Erasmus Kurum Koordinatörlüğü’ne iletilmesi gerekmektedir.
